I went in to Boots to pick up my favourite foundation and there was a 3 for 2 offer across all makeup. I picked up these two Essie shades I’ve been wanting to try for so long, Mademoiselle and Muchi Muchi. I didn’t realise how beautiful sheer nail shades were. I layer about two coats on. Mademoiselle is so delicate with a vintage feel about it and I l.o.v.e Muchi Muchi, it’s the perfect strawberry milk hue.
They last for ages without chipping too, usually when I apply the gel polishes I get chips within a day or so but I was really surprised by these, I really want to collect the other sheer shades like Ballet
Slippers, Fiji and Vanity Fair, I love the buildable blush colours and the cute names haha.
I love autumn for trialling all the different and lovely fall inspired scents. I picked up my Pumpkin Spice candle here with its beautiful packaging and I have also recently rediscovered my love for the Lily flame ‘Spook’ candle. I bought mine on Amazon, it came with a new glittery midnight colour label.
This is heavenly, especially if you love sweet scents. It smells like Halloween candies, pic and mix and remind me of the childhood side of Halloween, the childish love of scuffing the changing leaves and finding conkers and knowing Halloween was right around the corner. Ahh October bliss…
I also re bought one of my favourite all time lip balms after finding it in Superdrug, I love the scent and how I can use it on any area of dry skin, this is so helpful in the winter. The packaging is so pretty too!
I found this really cute moustache necklace on ebay for cheap. I remember in about 2012 or so when there were those ‘keep calm, carry on’ signs everywhere and everyone loved hipster moustache everything haha. I finally jumped on the bandwagon about seven years later, I just thought it looked so cute. Plus I’m hoping it will count as a subtle kind of nod to Movember coming up.
I also purchased the Miracle Styling Milk by Umberto Giannini. I love how it’s shaped like a milk bottle, so cute *adds to collection of other novelty food themed beauty products, looking at you Too Faced haha* and the biggest problem I have is the frizz and damage from my hair being colour treated. I have seen it looking healthier since I stopped colouring it and embracing my natural shade but I’m hoping this can help me tame it too, especially in the colder months and crazy weather.
