Autumn and October photo diary

Girly lifestyle blog pink photo diary
It's Saaturday! I am so excited to indulge in the beauty that is Saturday night tv and catch up on lovely blogs. Here is a random roundup of photos I took recently, those I haven't shown on my blog so far...

1 and 2. I've been incredibly excited about this Too Faced palette I managed to pick up. I've wanted this one for so long, the shades are so pretty for autumn and have really cute names, 'Heaven', 'Cashmere Bunny' and 'Push Up'. I'm no stranger to a blog sale and managed to purchase this for about a tenner, as it had only been lightly swatched. You might be able to tell I used a lot of 'Silk Teddy' already, it's gorgeous! I love the packaging, the pretty lace design. It's adorable, angelic and girly...

3. Oscy! He loves bouncing on the bed and generally being a mischief maker but I think this is the cutest age so far for me!! Aside from the tantrums and bodily fluids on the floor haha. I am always mindblown finding out how much he knows now and is aware of. He is a fully functioning primary school child. It seems crazy that all that happened in just three years, it's fascinating, I can't get my head round it!

4. We set up an indoor hammock in my room. I always feel bad that I am often too tired to play with Oscar. Here is a place where I can still rest. The hammock is not strong enough to sit on, until we fix it properly in Oscar's room, but we made a sleepover party with for his toys and cars, many, many cars.

5 and 6. The 'Spook' candle by Lilyflame I've been burning nonstop this month, it smells like Halloween candies, more specifically those Swizzels squashies. I'm on my second candle now, it's really moreish. I popped it in my recent buys post here. I wish it was acceptable to burn these all year round!

7. I purchased a makeup organiser for extra storage, it's mini but big enough to fit my palettes in. It fits nice and snug in my dressing table too. I think it was about £15 from ebay.

8. A lot of cute things I've been trying. There's Essie Mademoiselle, a really gorgeous ballet pink nail shade and the hair Styling Milk from Umberto Giannini here, I'm not sure yet if it's enough to tame and transform my frizz but it definitely smells nice and reduces it a bit, my hair is more manageable and feels conditioned. Do you have a favourite makeup palette? I'd love to know!

  1. ah I've always wanted a hammock in my room but never put in the effort to figure out how to put one up :P I'd love to spend me evenings curled up on my indoor hammock reading a book :3 -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

  4. Everything looks so beautiful! How amazing that you were able to find a makeup organizer that is small but still holds palettes. That is perfection.
